To qualify for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition, showing no signs of wear or damage.
- Items returned by mail must include all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch).
Please note that individual items from a set cannot be returned for a refund, store credit, or size exchange and must be returned as a complete set.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Engraved or customized products
- Gift cards
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@cleverjewelry.co. Please be aware that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Please note that the return shipping fee is not covered by Clever Jewelry. Additionally, while our return policy is in effect, original shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We provide a 30-day exchange policy for all customers. Please have your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt available. To qualify for an exchange, all items must meet the same return criteria outlined in our Returns Policy. The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you desire is to return the item you have. Once the return is processed and accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS
Kindly note that your return will be processed within 7 business days from the time it is received at our quality assurance office. Upon completion of the process, we will send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund on your account.
